The Recruiting Metrics Template is divided into three sections (tabs):
- Key Metrics Tracking,
- Candidate Funnel Calculator,
- and Sourcing Team Output Calculator.
The Key Metrics Tracking Tab tracks your individual job requisitions and calculates an average for your key metrics. This tab contains columns for various components you should keep track of, as well as a description or example to help you understand what each column label means.
The Candidate Funnel Calculator Tab helps you forecast how many people you will need to identify and submit in order to produce a hire. Use the data points you collected in the Key Metrics Tracking Tab to have a more accurate prediction. Pay attention to the comments within each cell which gives you specific instructions and further details about the data point.
The Sourcing Team Output Calculator is used to calculate daily activity per recruiter and also allows you to estimate how many recruiters/sourcers you need to reach your hiring goals. Enter your target # of hires per month to estimate the # of recruiters you will need to achieve your monthly hiring goal. Use the data points you collected in the Key Metrics Tracking Tab to have a more accurate prediction. Pay attention to the comments within each cell which gives you specific instructions and further details about the data point.
