Digital Download Delivery:
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive an email to the email address you used to make your purchase titled: “Your aRecruitmentStore.com order from {date of purchase} is complete – download your files“. You will see your entire order and any digital downloads that have been purchased will be available next to the word “Download”. Just click the link and download your purchases.
If you feel you have not received your purchase email, please ensure you’ve first checked your spam folder. Also, ensure you’ve checked the email account based on the email address you’ve used for your purchase. If you do not receive an email after a 24-hour time period, please contact us at: helpdesk@arecruitmentstore.com.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns:
Due to the nature of Identifize Consulting products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product, therefore we DO NOT offer refund after purchase is made, but downloads can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days.If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please contact us at: helpdesk@arecruitmentstore.com, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
