Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of Identifize Consulting products (non-tangible digital goods including ebooks, video downloads, forms, documents, etc), it is not possible to “return” the product, therefore we DO NOT offer refund after purchase is made, but downloads can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days.If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please contact us at: helpdesk@arecruitmentstore.com, we will do our best to resolve the problem.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected as stated in section 5 of our Term of Service Agreement.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES

DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN TIMEFRAMES

The return of digital products and services are prohibited. You can request a store credit within 10 days of your purchase.

PHYSICAL GOODS RETURN POLICY

You may return physical goods and products within 15 days of purchase, but must receive an approval code from our accounting department ahead of time. Send your return request to: accounting@identifizeconsulting.com for physical goods and products only. Digital downloads including ebooks, video downloads, forms or documents are not eligible for return or refund.

CUSTOM ITEMS ARE YOURS FOR GOOD

We do not allow returns on customs items.

WHO’S PAYING TO SHIP ITEMS BEING SENT A SECOND TIME

In the event you enter an incorrect address and the item is returned to us, you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost to ship the item out a second time.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

If an item is shipped and confirmed delivered but you “the purchaser” or “the customer” never received it, we will confirm delivery via the delivery service to confirm the delivery of the goods. We are not responsible for the delivery of your items once it’s been confirmed by the delivery service.
